About Us

Simple Stitch started in Addis, LA (10 miles southwest of Baton Rouge).  I am a new stay-at-home mom and I have been doing embroidery for about 4 years now.

I taught school for 5 years and I have decided to stay at home and raise my family before returning to the classroom.  My classroom at home with my family is more important to me right now.  While I am at home I can put my embroidery skills to use and that is why I decided to start this small business.  Simple Stitch is intended for you to feel comfortable asking for something even if you don't see it.  My husband, Aaron, and I put this website together as a means of communication and a small browsing tool.  If you don't see something you are looking for, just email me.
